CTT has published the results of our survey measuring the impact of the CTXchange software donation programme. Together with Microsoft, CTT conducted the self-selecting survey of its CTXchange subscribers.  The results demonstrated that technology has helped charities of all sizes by improving their organisational performance and service delivery. Nearly 80% of respondents stated that the software donations they received positively impacted their ability to deliver services to their beneficiaries.

The survey also linked technology to professionalism.
